Cancellation and Refund Policy

RaaKnow education Consultants are committed to provide quality and value driven Educational Consultancy services to all individuals. This cancellation and refund policy will serve as guideline to all students and parents for managing refunds, cancellation and change of services (as applicable).

Any cancellation received within 5 days of its initial registration for any of the Services offered by RaaKnow Education Consultants, will be eligible for 100% refund. (Provided the initial career assessment process has not been undertaken).

In the event of cancellation of registration for Career Counseling Package, after the first consultation an amount of AED 1,000 will be deducted towards admin charges balance will be refunded.

However in case the student is unable to continue with the program due to any unforeseen circumstances, the company manager may decide to refund a pro- rated amount purely on humanitarian grounds.

All payments which have been received by electronic mode / online / credit Card will be refunded after deducting any bank charges, commissions or any payment service charges deducted by the electronic payment service provider for the specific payment.

The refund will be provided to the same account or credit / debit card from which the payment has been received after deduction of any bank or service providers charges. Also note that refund processed by electronic mode may take up to 30-60 days depending upon the type of card which has been used.

Any refund to international cards, banks accounts will be subject to any foreign exchange and or   regularity restrictions of that specific country. RaaKnow education consultants do not take any responsivity in case the refunded amounts are blocked by the bank or card issuance company due to foreign exchange or regulatory compliance / restrictions.
